FORTHEM is a collaboration of members from each area of the universities: academics, administrative staff and students. Each membe actively participates in the decision-making and monitoring of the alliance.
Effective coordination and management structures ensure progress towards joint objectives and transparent communication reaching all levels of alliance universities. The management structure includes a Steering committee, Coordination and communication board, three Mission boards and Coordinating offices for the practical management.
