Next week researchers and collaborators of the FORTHEM Diversity and Migration Lab will be in Mainz and also in Luxembourg, where screening and workshops on visual methods in social sciences are organised based on the documentary films created during the SPOTLIGHT summer school in Opole (https://uni.opole.pl/en/page/5245/spotlight-summer-school-launches-on-place-attachment-and-identity-through-visual-methods). Dr. Michał Wanke, Klara Kleininger as well as dr. Karina Gaibulina and dr. Agnes Eross will be working together with the students of prof. Veronika Cummings at the Geography Institute, Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, and with the students of prof. Gabriele Budach of the Migration and Inclusive Societies research group. The workshops in the cinema at Kulturfabirk in Esch-sur-Alzette, by the Belval campus will take place on June 21, 2023 and a two-day event at the JGU is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, June 23-24, 2023.
